Why is my PDF downloading as a blank page?
This is usually caused by an ad blocker or browser extension blocking the html2canvas library that generates the PDF. Try disabling your ad blocker for invoicecreatorfree.com, or switch to a different browser like Chrome or Edge. The issue resolves in most cases with this fix.
Can I save my invoice and come back to it later?
Currently, InvoiceCreatorFree does not store invoice data โ€” all processing happens in your browser for privacy reasons. We recommend downloading your invoice as a PDF immediately after creating it. For recurring invoices, you can bookmark the page and re-enter your standard details, which takes only a minute or two.
Can I add my company logo to the invoice?
Logo upload is on our planned features list. Currently the invoice displays your company name in styled text at the top. If logo support is important to you, please send us a message โ€” user demand helps us prioritise which features to build next.
The currency I need isn't in the list โ€” can you add it?
Yes! We're happy to add currency symbols on request. Please email us with the currency name, its ISO code (e.g., NGN for Nigerian Naira) and the symbol you'd like displayed. We'll add it to all templates.
Is InvoiceCreatorFree really free? What's the catch?
There's no catch. All 26 templates are free with no watermarks, no account required, and no usage limits. The site is supported by Google AdSense display advertising. That's it. Your invoice data never leaves your browser.
Can I use these invoices for my business legally?
Our templates include all standard fields required for a valid invoice in most countries. However, legal requirements vary by jurisdiction and business type. Always verify local tax and invoicing rules with a qualified accountant or legal professional before relying solely on any template.
